Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase date for store credit.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and any accessories that were part of the product.
Personalized or customized items (such as shirts with names or dates) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@theclassybach.com. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of your purchase. To make an exchange, the original item must meet the return criteria above. Please note that stock availability may affect the ability to exchange for a specific item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed minus a restocking fee. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

How to Make a Return

Email us at hello@theclassybach.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

We will provide instructions for returning the item. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
